James Obsitnik was appointed chief operating officer of Capsilon Corporation, a provider of cloud-based document and data management solutions for the mortgage industry. A graduate from Princeton in 1991 with a BSE in electrical engineering, Obsitnik also holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  More details can be found here.
