Alejandro Rodriguez joins the EE Department as Assistant Professor

Aug. 9, 2013

Prof. Alejandro Rodriguez joins the EE Department as Assistant Professor starting September 1. He received his B.S and PhD degrees in Physics from MIT in 2006 and 2010. His research topics include, control and design of thermal emitters and absorbers, modeling fluctuation-induced electromagnetic phenomena in complex nanostructures (e.g. Casimir forces, radiative transport, and fluorescence), and design of low-power, wavelength-scale nonlinear devices (e.g. frequency converters and optomechanical transducers). Please join us in welcoming Alejandro to Princeton.
