Troubleshooting:
- Low paper: Please notify [email protected]. When paper is delivered, please take a moment to unbox and stack them on the shelves while waiting for your prints.
- Low toners: Please notify [email protected]
- Technical issues: Please notify [email protected]
Installing the printers:
- On Windows computer, users can install the two print queues simply by clicking each of the links below:
- \\ss226w\tigerprint
- \\ss226w\tigerprintcolor
- You may see two windows appear. Just click “Yes” and then “Open”
- When printing to the copiers, you simply choose TigerPrint for B&W or TigerPrintColor for color.
- On Mac computers, users can install the queues via the Princeton IT Self Service app located in the Applications folder. If you do not have this application, please email [email protected] and we will happily assist.
- Launch the Princeton IT Self Service app located in your Applications folder.
- Search or browse to the TigerPrint Combined Install app.
- Click Install.
- When prompted, enter your NetID in the dialog window.
- Close the installer when installation is complete.
Retrieving your printouts:
- Go to any Canon copier
- Scan your Princeton ID card on the reader
- Select “Print Release” from the touchscreen
- Select the jobs you wish to release and click “Print”
- You must have your Princeton ID card, as only you can release your print jobs
- You will have up to 4 hours from when you press print on your computer to release the job at a copier before it expires. If expired, you will need to send the job again.
